Human Tumor Atlas Network

An innovative network that constructs three-dimensional atlases of human tumors to understand how cancers develop and metastasize, as well as how patients respond to treatment. The network’s research centers aim to represent a diverse and underserved patient population by evaluating the structural and molecular features of cancers across different organs and cell types.

Launch Human Tumor Atlas Network

The Human Tumor Atlas Network is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-funded Cancer Moonshot initiative. Sage Bionetworks participates as a member of the data coordinating center for HTAN to manage the data storage, sharing, and compilation of the atlases constructed by the network.
