Progenitor Cell Biology Consortium

Progenitor Cell Biology Consortium

The Progenitor Cell Biology Consortium (PCBC) is a NHLBI sponsored effort to identify and characterize progenitor cell lineages, to direct the differentiation of stem and progenitor cells to desired cell fates, and to develop new strategies to address the unique challenges presented by the transplantation of these cells.

As part of the bioinformatics core we make available all of the molecular characterization (mRNA-seq, miRNA-seq, copy number arrays, methylation arrays, flow-cytometry) and bench experimental data on a set of 63 standardly processed stem cells as they undergo differentiation. Along with complete analysis and tools to query and explore the data and results from the perspective of a new user.
